Change case, with Turkish dotted and dotless i handled properly.
Turkish has two i's and they are different letters: dotted i becomes İ, dotless ı becomes I. With this off, istanbul becomes ISTANBUL instead of İSTANBUL and ISPARTA becomes isparta instead of ısparta. Almost every tool gets this wrong; leaving it on is the safe choice for Turkish text.
